COMMISSION ON AGING
REGULAR MEETING
MARCH 2, 2010
- Call to Order – The meeting was called to order at 2:00 pm.
A. Roll Call - PRESENT: C. Edwin Carlson, Debra Gaudette, Chairperson, Mary Ann Lee, Priscilla Lancaster, Marie Fredrickson.
ABSENT: Fran Rago, Edmond LaLiberte
- Marie reported that May 4th was confirmed for the Mayor’s Breakfast as well as menu, and Lillian will send out the invitations. She also confirmed the date of September 14th for the Senior’s Picnic. Mary Ann confirmed with the Mayor of her availability on both dates. Michelle confirmed the availability of the Pratt & Whitney Retiree’s Club for the date of September 14th.
- Mary Ann query to Michelle about a means of how the commission may able to expand their services to the seniors is pending.
Adjournment – Mary Ann made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Ed Carlson. Meeting adjourned at 2:45pm
